The FutureLab NXT bow shape is the culmination of a two-year development process nurtured by a basic principle: beautiful design is built on a foundation of scientific principles. The geometry of the FutureLab remains remarkably similar to Osaka's Pro Bow shape while offering a geometric angular profile that requires less mass to achieve superior performance. This cutting-edge engineering has allowed Osaka to create their lightest stick to date. They've combined the geometry with their top-end carbon weave, which is also used for the Pro Tour Limiteds to achieve maximum stiffness.

The goal for the redesigned head shape largely follows the same principles. Osaka wanted to stay true to the maxi hook head shapes all of the Osaka sticks have had in recent years while offering something new and exciting to players. This is where the Hookslot comes in… Osaka has taken a chunk out of the hook; this gives you greater control when dragging the ball or performing skills.
